Specific process for drop off and collection of pets as of June 2020
This will be updated as required
1 – Vaccinations to be confirmed before arrival
a.email a copy of vaccination card to us
or
b.phone vet and give your permission for them to tell us the vaccination details without you being here at the kennels
2 – Arrival and collection will need to be at a specified time this needs to be agreed on booking.
3 – When you arrive please leave your pets in your car and we will come to you – Please do not enter reception
If we do not see you please phone – 01729 822393 – this rings in the reception, kennels and field or 07501982900
4 Handover of pets
a.dogs to be attached to tie up points we will show you where these are and we will take them from there
b.cat carriers to be placed on wall by sign in car park.
6 Payment
Cash or Direct bank transfer – we will give you bank details
We appreciate you trusting your pets to our care and your understanding of the above process to try and keep you and us safe
