November 2020 Lockdown update
We are open and here to look after your dogs & cats either for boarding or for doggie day care.
Doggie Day care – Play days provide care and socialisation for your dogs while you are at work or to enable you to work from home.
Boarding dogs – As well as the usual care and attention they also join the play groups ensuring they have a good time too.
Dog walking from your home available in the Settle area call us to discuss your needs.
During the lockdown period drop off and collection will be by appointment with handover of pets in the car park observing safe social distancing in line with our COVID guidelines detailed below.
Process for drop off and collection of pets as of 5 November 2020
1 – Arrival and collection to be at a specified time this needs to be arranged on booking.
2 – Vaccinations to be confirmed before arrival – email a photo of the vaccination card.
3 – When you arrive please leave your pets in your car
Please do not enter reception – We will come to you in the car park.
If we do not see you please phone – 01729 822393 – this rings in the reception, kennels and field or 07501982900
4 – Handover of pets – When we meet you in the car park – As we are outside, in line with government guidance face coverings not required for this but please ensure a social distancing
5 – Payment
Preferred – Cash or Direct bank transfer
If debit card payment you will need to wear a face covering to enter reception and use sanitiser before using card machine.
We appreciate you trusting your pets to our care and your understanding of the above process to try and keep you and us safe
