August update
We are open daily as usual 8.30-11am & 3.30-5.30pm.
All is great at the kennels & cattery and we would like to thank everyone who has supported us during recent times and look forward to seeing everyone again soon but until then take care.
We have updated our process slightly as face coverings are now required if you do need to enter reception or any of the indoor kennel or cattery areas.
Specific process for drop off and collection of pets as of August 2020 – this will be updated as required
1 – Arrival and collection to be at a specified time this needs to be arranged on booking.
2 – Vaccinations to be confirmed before arrival – email a photo of the vaccination card.
3 – When you arrive please leave your pets in your car
We will come to you.
Please do not enter reception
If we do not see you please phone – 01729 822393 – this rings in the reception, kennels and field or 07501982900
4 – Handover of pets – When we meet you in the car park
5 – Payment
Preferred – Cash or Direct bank transfer
If debit card payment you will need to wear a face covering to enter reception and use sanitiser before using card machine
